We are looking for a professional and courteous Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at our Abuja office. This role is critical in ensuring a welcoming environment and efficient office operations.
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in any discipline is required.
Candidates with prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role will be given preference.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is a highly desired qualification, alongside strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The candidate must demonstrate organizational abilities, a professional demeanor, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Familiarity with office management software and basic bookkeeping is an added advantage.
The Front Desk Officer will manage incoming calls, greet and direct visitors, schedule appointments, and maintain an organized reception area.
Additional duties include handling correspondence, coordinating meeting logistics, and providing general administrative support to the team.
This is a full-time position requiring availability during regular business hours, with occasional flexibility for evening events.
